The challenge
Simfolio gives investors a clear view of their portfolios. The data was solid, but turning it into client-ready reporting was a manual grind: pull the numbers, write the narrative, format, check, repeat. It did not scale, and it pulled skilled people into low-value work.
What we built
We added an AI reporting layer that reads directly from the portfolio data, drafts the narrative in the firm's voice, and assembles a formatted report ready for review. Human checkpoints stay in the loop for sign-off, and an evaluation framework keeps the generated language accurate and on-brand.
The result
Report preparation dropped by about 95 percent. A task that used to eat an afternoon became a short review, reports stopped slipping, and the team redirected its time to actual client work.
