The challenge
InventHub is a collaboration platform for hardware teams. Review was where projects slowed down: valuable, but manual and easy to defer. The team wanted AI assistance that lived inside the existing workflow rather than bolting on another tool nobody would open.
What we built
We integrated AI-assisted review directly into the collaboration surface. It surfaces likely issues and suggestions in context, at the moment of review, with human judgment firmly in charge. Because it is engineered into the product rather than pasted on top, it fits the way teams already work.
The result
Review cycles moved faster, assistance arrived without a context switch, and throughput rose. The AI earned its place by making the existing workflow better, not by adding another destination.
